IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SIMPLE ADDITIVE WEIGHTING (SAW) METHOD FOR SELECTION OF SALESPERSON

The purpose of this study is to apply the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method in determining best salesperson at XYZ company terms sales performance. This SAW considered very suitable because carries out a weighted summation process based on performance rating each alternative all existing attributes. calculation for selecting carried criteria that have been determined by results discussions and criterion has weight. In assessment, Company determines become reference decision making. used are total sales, attendance, product knowledge, communication, creativity. final score obtained ranked 1st were Rangga Dwi Nugroho getting 0.9. Rank 2 Nurlia Arbaini got 0.8436. And 3rd place, Defri Akbarias 0.8364.
